The Role: Clinical Superstar & Leader
We want a full-time Physical Therapist to help us solve medical mysteries and treat difficult diagnoses. You will be mentored by fellowship-trained manual therapists and some of the most skilled dry needling clinicians in the state. Based on performance, your role can rapidly grow to include hybrid clinical/admin duties, clinic leadership, and higher pay.
Essential Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Loads of common sense and a proactive mindset.
- Warmth, empathy, and superior listening skills.
- Punctuality and reliable transportation (non-negotiable).

Professional Communicator: Excel in accurate documentation, effective billing, and collaborating with the scheduler to ensure patient adherence to their plan of care.

You will literally be paid to learn. You will be mentored in differential diagnosis, research-based dry needling, cupping, body tempering, spinal and extremity manipulation, and IASTM by PT school educators and clinical specialists.

Location: Saint Clair Shores, Michigan.

Compensation: We pay at least 10% above the industry average, alongside regular reviews with the potential for raises and bonuses.

Compensation: $81,273.12 - $106,893.79 per year
