Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
- Assist with project management and business operations
- Support marketing efforts including social media coordination, content organization, and promotional initiatives
- Communicate with clients, partners, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Help plan and coordinate events, workshops, or wellness programs
- Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and internal processes
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems before they arise
- Assist with research and strategic initiatives for company growth
