Position Overview
We are seeking an Integrative Assistant who is detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and confident managing multiple priorities. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will help streamline operations, assist with marketing initiatives, and play a key role in helping the business grow.

The ideal candidate is organized, polished, personable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for wellness and helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination

  • Assist with project management and business operations

  • Support marketing efforts including social media coordination, content organization, and promotional initiatives

  • Communicate with clients, partners, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Help plan and coordinate events, workshops, or wellness programs

  • Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and internal processes

  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems before they arise

  • Assist with research and strategic initiatives for company growth

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
